Did you know that Cinco de Mayo is celebrated more in the U.S. than in Mexico? We have had a long-standing (well, six year) tradition of celebrating Cinco de Mayo in our little family and this year was no exception! We got together with our friends, the Fultons, and had a cena of chicken enchiladas, fajitas, black bean & mango salsa, & churros for dessert. Yum! Then afterward, we had a few of our neighbors over for a pinata! Viva, Mexico!
Tyler busted it open on the first shot ;)

The kiddies ravaging for their spoils.

We were surprised to see the fish come back to life after his thrashing...

Amigos!

You know how to throw a party! The foods sounds fabulous and I'll bet the kids were in heaven with the pinata!
Sounds like so much fun. You were always so great about giving fun parties. I miss those so much.
I totally spaced cinco de mayo this year! Bummer, looks like you guys had fun. That fish head picture is crazy looking!
Go Tyler!! Love your little fiesta! We spent ours at Chuck E Cheese, with all our Mexican friends! Who knew the chucksters was such a Cinco de Mayo hang out!!
Thanks for doing that. They had so much fun! -Angie
